Account Manager (Clothing)

The Account Manager (Clothing) will:


  • Know the product categories, as well as their gaps and opportunities for development in the local market;
  • Development of analysis and research to better understand the seller and buyer profile;
  • Management of KPIs (GMV, assortment, PMV, stock, operation and NPS);
  • Align department strategies with company strategies;
  • Conduct and consolidate campaigns (offers and exhibition plan);
  • Ensure the quality and standardization of business processes;
  • Identify problems, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends to propose solutions.


Requirements:


  • Full graduation;
  • Previous experience with marketplace or e-commerce;
  • Logical and problem-oriented thinking;
  • Good analytical skill;
  • Problem Solving;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Microsoft Excel domain;
  • Advanced/Fluent in English is a plus.
