Position: RPA Analyst

Shift: Monday to Friday: 10h -19h + Alert Scale: night and weekend

Contract: CLT + Benefits

Location: Onsite Londrina/Pr or Hybrid São Paulo

Mainly Skills:

Advanced/fluent English

UI Path, Microfocus OO, Agile Project Management, Python for Automation

Microfocus OO (Microfocus Operations Orchestration):

• Knowledge or experience with Microfocus OO, an IT process automation software.
• Understanding of orchestrating and automating IT processes using Microfocus OO.

UiPath Experience:

• Familiarity or hands-on experience with UiPath, a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tool.
• Previous involvement in developing automation workflows using UiPath.

Testing and Debugging:

• In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and the ability to conduct thorough debugging and troubleshooting of automation scripts.

Web Technologies:

• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively automate web applications.

API Automation:

• Experience in automating RESTful APIs using tools like requests or frameworks like Flask or Django.

Database Interaction:

• Experience in interacting with databases using Python or other similar programming language, with knowledge of SQL queries.

Scripting and Automation Tools:

• Strong scripting skills and experience with automation tools for various platforms (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).

Responsibilities:

Python Proficiency for Automation:

• Extensive experience and proficiency in Python programming language specifically for Automation purposes using Automation Frameworks such as Selenium, Beautiful Soap, Appium, etc.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code for automation tasks.

ServiceNow as Analyst:

• Experience as an Analyst using ServiceNow, a cloud-based platform for IT service management.
• Understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and its role in IT processes.

CI/CD Integration:

• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI).

Containerization:

• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker for creating portable and scalable automation environments.

Cloud Platforms:

• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and managing automated solutions.

Agile Methodology:

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

Security Best Practices:

• Awareness of security best practices in automation and the ability to implement secure coding principles.

Collaboration Tools:

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence for effective team collaboration and documentation.

Scripting Languages:

• Experience with other scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Shell) for broader adaptability.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in Python programming or automation frameworks would be a plus.
