Apply now! ABOUT THE ROLE As a Content Developer, you will be crucial in shaping the future of our SAP S/4HANA Cloud localization. Your role involves developing pre-configuration business settings for specific local versions, commonly known as Best Practices. We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in SAP SD implementation projects, preferably with experience in Latin American countries such as Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Brazil. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in the following areas:   1.    Sales Process Configuration and knowledge on the following process, including sales order, delivery and invoice set up (when applicable) •    Sell from Stock •    Credit and Debit Memo •    Sales Inquiry •    Customer Consignment •    Delivery Processing without Order Reference •    Sale of Services •    Sales Order Processing for Non-Stock Material •    Sales Processing using Third-Party with Shipping Notification •    Free of Charge Delivery •    Customer Returns •    Sales Quotation •    Sales Order Entry with One-Time Customer •    Sales of Non-Stock Item with Order-Specific Procurement •    Returnable Processing •    Free Goods Processing   2.    Organization Structure •    Set up of sales organization. •    Set up of sales area.   3.    Pricing •    Access sequence, condition type and pricing procedure set-up, Tax Service pricing procedure knowledge, Tax Service integration. •    Knowledge of Nota Fiscal (e.g., Nota Fiscal type and item configuration, Nota Fiscal BAdI, output determination, Danfe setup) is a plus but not mandatory.   4.    Master data •    Customer master data set up and management. •    Sales Material master data set up and management. •    Info record master data set up and management. What you will do •    Review the configuration settings delivered for the Germany S/4HANA solution and make the necessary localization changes required for the various country solutions.  •    Content development and maintenance for SAP S/4HANA country solution for Latin American Countries. •    Test various business processes delivered and make the necessary changes to the configuration or documentation as needed.   •    Assist with resolving customer incidents using SAPs incident management tool.   EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES •    Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, computer science or similar. •    Problem-solving and analytical skills. •    Excellent communication and organizational skills, flexibility and self-assertion. •    Ability to work under pressure and to cope with deadlines. •    Management assistant experience is a plus. •    Ability to work in a cross-location / multicultural organization. •    Fluent in English in both written and verbal form. •    Spanish communication skill is a plus.   We build breakthroughs together SAP innovations help more than 400,000 customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
