Our clientis seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Solution Architect to join our team in Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME), Saudi Aramco's Center of Excellence for the global downstream portfolio. As a Digital Solutions Architect your key responsibilities include leading the Global Manufacturing Excellence Digital Transformation programs ideating, introducing, deploying and sustaining novel and innovative digital transformation solutions across the Global Manufacturing Portfolio. A critical success factor is digital technology value realization, utilization and benefits realization. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering). A Masters' degree is preferred. 10–15years of experience as a solution architect in refining or gas plants with strong knowledge in designing, implementing, commissioning and supporting digital solutions for refinery and downstream manufacturing facilities. Expert understanding of process plants in the energy and hydrocarbon industry including Refineries, Petrochemical, Terminal, bulk plant in addition to pipelines, GOSPs and Gas Plants. Experience in developing business case and benefit/cost analysis for digital and 4IR solutions. Solid understanding of the latest digital technologies including Artificial Intelligence, blockchain, IoT, data science and analytics, cloud computing, Integration, database technologies (relational, timeseries) etc. Excellent communications and interpersonal, collaboration, leadership and presentation skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Excellent understanding of manufacturing digital solutions enabling the key process areas including production, reliability, environmental, safety and sustainability. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex digital implementation projects in the O&G business. Experience in change management, including developing and implementing change management strategies and driving user adoption of digital solutions. Understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman and manufacturing and automation standards such as ISA Series. Duties and Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of digital solutions and technologies across the downstream portfolio, including operations analytics, process automation, artificial intelligence, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and other innovative manufacturing solutions. Collaborate with downstream teams to understand their specific needs and challenges, ensuring that digital solutions are tailored to address their operational pain points. Accelerate digitalization by developing the digital strategy and roadmaps in close collaboration with key stakeholders. Define and develop a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap for the downstream portfolio, focusing on high-priority value-adding technologies and use cases. Conduct thorough feasibility analyses, including techno-economic and cost-benefit studies, to evaluate the potential impact of digital solutions on performance and present outcomes and recommendations to executive management. Conduct technical evaluations of solutions, platforms, and new technologies. Partner with implementation teams to ensure successful delivery of digital platforms. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and benefits of digital initiatives to peers, relevant stakeholders, and senior management. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions by end-users. Collaborate with technology providers to develop and deliver tailored training content and programs to support implementation and utilization of digital technologies by end-users. Stay abreast of global and regional Oil and Gas industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact digital implementations. Ensure compliance with corporate governance and standards, and evaluate solution implementations. Identify and introduce necessary changes to standards and governance. Provide technical leadership to solution design, development, and support teams. Analyze user requirements, recommend and develop solution proposals to meet customer's requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide digital strategy. Perform digital and solution architecture reviews to ensure alignment with overall corporate strategy. THE STAGES OF THIS PROCESS ARE: 1. Interviews Stage: 2.1 LHR Americas preliminary phone/video interview: A member of the Talent Acquisition team from LHR Americas will first schedule a call with you to discuss the details of the position, your interests, and qualifications. Furthermore, your English level will be evaluated at this stage, ONLY native or advanced speakers will approve this evaluation. If this preliminary phone/video interview is successful, your resume will be submitted to our client. If your preliminary phone/video interview is not successful, our Talent Acquisition consultant will inform you. 2.2 Client Face to Face interview: This interview will happen only if your resume is approved by our client, we cannot guarantee the time our client will take to approve your resume, but it should take less than a week. If your resume is approved a member of the Talent Acquisition Team will get back to you and schedule a face-to-face meeting in a defined location. You will be told to go to the location. The client interview contains technical questions that help assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field and may include a behavioral evaluation. Be prepared to explain how you approach problems and produce solutions. If your face-to-face interview is successful, the hiring team will further evaluate your resume, decide, and then receive a conditional job offer. If your face-to-face interview is not approved, LHR Americas will inform you. 2.3 There could be additional video interviews with hiring managers, which may also contain technical questions that help us assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field. 3. Conditional Offer: A successful interview may result in a conditional offer of employment. Conditions for employment include but are not limited to medical examinations, and permission to secure a visa to work and reside in-country.
