The position : By joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to:- Ensure proper end to end transportation and logistics process flows and process documents related to import/export activities and freight;- Be responsible for Repetro-Sped control, ensuring full compliance to the Tax regulation;- Be responsible for Importation Compliance, ensuring department procedures in accordance updated Regulation;- Ensure all shipping documents are according to established terms and conditions;- Work with vendors and freight forwarder to handle shipments to Brazil;- Responsible for quality assurance and quality control at freight forwarder warehouse reducing the number of materials rejected after its delivery for usage;- Identify, analyze and follow-up deviations within the area of responsibility. Be able to find and addressrootcauses;- Issue follow-up report to monitor key operational indicators. You :Some qualities are essential for Equinor. For this position, we are also looking for:The employee shall be qualified and experienced in International Logistics/Supply Chain best practices, Foreign Trade procedures.Responsible for International Logistics from order placement to completion with acting as the liaison with all parties (stakeholder, freight forwarder, Warehouse & Transport provider and broker).A part of the job is establishing/continuously improving processes and procedures to strengthen the import/export process.- Bachelor's degree preferably in one of the following: Business. International Relations, Engineering, or Law;- Minimum of 5years of relevant professional experience within International Logistics or relevant activities in Supply Chain;- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in cargo project;- Strong Knowledge of Tax legislation and tax benefits such as Repetro-Sped legislation; Temporary admission & others Brazilian special regimes applied to Oil & Gas area;- Overall good understanding of Material Management activities;- Knowledge in SAP/R3 system with emphasis in SCM module;- Fluency in Portuguese and English (oral and written);- Good Knowledge in MS Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365);- Experience with data analysis, dashboards, SAP and Power BI will be consider a differential;- Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
