Network Infrastructure - The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.We are looking for an Intern in Rio de Janeiro who will handle all common administrative tasks for Project Management with emphasis in cost control, project financial health, analysis and reporting for ION Customer Delivery team.In this role, he will have the opportunity of leading daily tasks of Project Management such as progress reporting, cost control, order backlog and project dashboard. Additionally, he will participate of some phases of the project like planning, execution, control and furthermore, project closure.Even being Portuguese required as native language, advanced knowledge in English is also required and Spanish are desired.S/He needs abilities to identify inputs from other parties to achieve results within tight time frames, communicate with Project Managers and others ION leadership. Also, professional approach to conflict, resilient attitude in a high-pressured environment & in the new context of the Business Process Outsourcing.Main responsibility is to support the Project Managers during the entire project life cycle and below we summarize some cases. As part of the team, you will :- Consolidate financial reports in systematically frequency by account.- Assist PMs for any financial view demand.- Ensures compliance with Nokia financial policies, instructions, guidance, processes, tools, accounting principles and internal controls in the project.- Support PMs team for audit evidence to ensure internal control compliance in conjunction with Financial structure.- Support in sets up and maintains accurate financial planning of the project in the appropriate tools.- Support for analysis and planning of project related financials (revenue, costs, gross profit, inventory, receivables, advance payments, cash-in) across all BU's and BL's- Uses reports to highlight and explain variances across BUs and BLs in line for various stakeholders.
