HR Ops Analyst (Guarulhos)

Job responsibility:

  • Responsible for the operation of onboarding, offboard, position/department transfer and probation management in Brazil;
  • HR data analysis such as turn over rate and the rate of headcount fulfill;
  • Based on current HR Ops. process to think about the improvement to HR system(Oracle, OA and wecom) for better local user experience;
  • Execute HR policies and procedures well, be able to identify problems in daily work and improve them;
  • Coperate with HR business partners and support their job;
  • Other tasks related to human resources.


Job requirment:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majors in human resources management, foreign languages, data analysis, etc. are preferred;

2. English is a must, Chinese or Spanish are bonus points;

3. At least 2 years or more experience in human resources positions, experienced to work in Chinese-funded enterprises are preferred;

4. Sensitive to data, clear logical thinking and result-oriented;

5. Good at communication and multi-party coordination;

6. Good execution ability and practical ability, strong willingness to learn and excellent learning abi lity.
