Accounting Coordinator

TO ACHIEVE THE EXTRAORDINARY TOGETHER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Proposing development initiatives for the accounting analysts, evaluating their performance during their activities in order to guarantee their ability to meet the needs of the Ball group companies in South America.Planning, coordinating, controlling and guiding the monthly accounting closing routine in local and foreign currency (US$), reviewing and approving the accounting entries corresponding to the differences between Brazilian accounting principles and standards (Brazilian corporate and company income tax legislation) and US accounting principles and standards (US GAAP), ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Reviewing the monthly balances of the income statement and balance sheet accounts of the individual companies and the Division's consolidated accounts in foreign currency (US$) included in the HFM system, analyzing, verifying and calculating to ensure that the required information is correct and fully reported.Reviewing the monthly accounting reconciliations, by analyzing the reports, spreadsheets and other documents generated by the accounting analysts, with a view to ensuring the quality of the accounting balances and records, regular compliance with this monthly process and the detection of opportunities to improve internal controls.Coordinating the corporate accounting analysts in support of the financial supervisors of the factories.TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:Full university degree in Accounting and postgraduate studies desirable;Leadership experience in the accounting area;Active CRC;Office package - advanced excel;Advanced English is essential for active participation in global meetings;Experience with SAPADDITIONAL INFORMATIONWork location: São José dos Campos/SPModel: Hybrid - flexible daysHours: 9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday
