The Brand Marketing Leader Acquisition is entrusted with the pivotal task of enhancing the value proposition of the KTO brand within the Brazilian market. This role emphasizes a goal-oriented approach, focusing on elevating brand awareness, relevance, and fostering a positive perception of quality. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Spearhead the team responsible for orchestrating and maintaining the esteemed reputation of the KTO brand. This involves devising and orchestrating comprehensive strategies encompassing diverse activities such as social media management, event planning, external activations, sponsorships, and beyond.Exercise vigilant oversight to safeguard and enhance the resonance of the KTO brand, underpinned by a thorough comprehension of its fundamental branding metrics and indicators.Ensure that the brand marketing strategies employed effectively articulate the unique value propositions inherent in KTO's products and services. This necessitates meticulous adherence to communication policies, as well as alignment with the overarching purpose and values that define the KTO brand identity. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Relevant education and demonstrable experience in fields closely aligned with the role's scope, including but not limited to Business Administration, Social Communication, and Marketing.A proven track record of at least 5 years in designing and executing branding strategies or operational initiatives, ideally within dynamic and competitive market landscapes.In-depth familiarity with the nuances of the Brazilian market, with a preference for experience within iGaming or tangentially related sectors such as consumer goods, e-commerce, entertainment, gaming, and iBanking.Demonstrated aptitude and flair for conceiving and leading impactful events, specialized brand campaigns, and external activation initiatives.Exceptional interpersonal skills, facilitating effective relationship-building with stakeholders across diverse spheres. This includes forging enduring partnerships with suppliers, sponsors, customers, and other strategic collaborators to expand the reach and influence of the KTO brand.Fluent in Portuguese and English.
