Job Description: We represent a pre-IPO Pharmaceutical multi-national enterprise, currently seeking an experience and talented Pharmaceutical Market Development Manager to lead our market expansion efforts across the designated region. Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, this role will be pivotal in driving growth and increasing market share within the pharmaceutical sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies tailored to the regional pharmaceutical landscape, with a focus on achieving revenue and market share growth targets.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners within the region, leveraging these connections to identify opportunities for collaboration and market penetration.Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing timely insights and recommendations to adapt strategies accordingly.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including research and development, production, and sales, to ensure alignment and execution of market strategies within the region.Provide regular updates and reports to the Regional General Manager on market performance, key initiatives, and strategic recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, business administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical market development, with a proven track record of success in driving growth within a regional context.Deep understanding of the regional pharmaceutical market dynamics, including regulatory requirements, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans to drive results. Additional Skills: Results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and exceeding performance targets.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin Chinese is advantageous but not mandatory.
