Planning Analyst Pob & Flights

Airswift is seeking a Planning Analyst POB & Flights to work on a Contractor position in Macaé with an Oil and Gas Company.Manage the daily activities that depend on external support (services and/or materials), ensuring that all phases of the preparation of activities take place as planned, thus optimizing resources such as time and cost, carrying out more activities and guaranteeing the preservation of the MdB fleet. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Identify the Activity owner and assist them in scheduling and executing the actions required for the activity. Integrate planning activities ensuring engineering, procurement and construction schedules and ensuring activity targets are met through detailed planning and resource management. Integrate internal functions (On & Offshore Operations, Technical Departments, HSSEQ,...) to ensure timely execution of activities within budget and quality and to ensure engagement of all key internal and external stakeholders. Ensure that all the necessary information is completed and reflects the other systems (CMMS (SAP) and Drake), optimizing the allocation of activities according to pre-defined criteria. Ensure that the process is followed accordingly, being the link between the operation and the support areas. Closely monitoring the schedule of activities and resources with timely and accurate feedback in the event of any identified anomalies or unexpected events.
