Responsibilities: Act as a role model of industrial safety, in compliance with the company's established guidelines. Foster safe behavior within the Maintenance team Plan, organize and supervise maintenance activities, within the established specifications and quality standards, to ensure compliance with the company's objectives and goals Apply maintenance best practices to Production, Utilities and Facilities areas, keeping good operational conditions of equipment, tools and instruments Organize planned and annual Maintenance outages, in terms of scope, costs and time schedules Prepare the annual Maintenance plan and budget to achieve performance goals Manage systematically Maintenance budget and foster efficient cost performance Organize and analyze appropriate Maintenance management indicators, proposing plans and actions necessary to ensure compliance with established goals and objectives Analyze and evaluate the economic aspects of the maintenance process, in relation to work, labor, materials applied, in order to identify opportunities or alternatives to reduce costs Analyze and actively manage MRO stock levels Manage preservation CAPEX projects Support development of expansion plans of the plant, anticipating company's future needs in terms of production capacity, quality and safety requirements are met Act as a facilitator with the Engineering Team, to support the definition of projects for new equipment, automation, layout, etc., aiming to improve quality and competitiveness of products Determine and apply guidelines for good housekeeping of the whole plant, with regard to cleaning, painting, maintenance, etc., aiming to keep conditions that favors the best performance of employees and equipment Study, develop and/or improve processes with focus on continuous improvement Work closely with Production team to structure problem solving analysis and track evolution of improvement actions Lead technical meetings with suppliers Evaluate technical proposals and equalize alternative scopes Requirements and Qualifications: Experience in Industrial Maintenance, minimum 15 years Engineering degree and Business Administration (desired) Management Experience Experience with SAP PM module Track record in applying TPM methodologies and routines Office package (advanced) English (at least intermediate) Six sigma green or black belt (desired) Decor paper solutions – Made by Munksjö Munksjö is a leading international manufacturer of decor paper solutions for the surface upgrading of wood-based panels.
