Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Immigration Consultant you will work closely as part of a team with our internal departments as well as our corporate clients. Ensure compliance with the legal situation in the respective countries regarding visa procedures and work recording, coordinate solution-oriented immigration processes for our multinational corporate clients, communicate with authorities, consulates and embassies and control the performance of our international service network 70% Consult and coordinate the delivery of immigration services to our clients, relocating employees and family members; including general communication, liaison, collection, and review of documents received, preparation of paperwork for immigration application submission. Monitoring the status of visa applications with the Department of Home Affairs on behalf of Agents, assisting Agents with co-ordination of outbound immigration services, communicating with GACs and providing immigration updates as required to facilitate the provision of additional services. Handle enquiries from corporate clients on latest rules and regulations and status on individual cases. Update company computer system promptly and accurately as per KPI requirements related to immigration services.

20% Prepare and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on operational activities. Monitor and process renewal applications Ensure timely invoicing and collection, coordinating with accounting team
