Finance Manager – Global Business Finance, Lad Compensation

The LAD Compensation Team has a wide and exciting breadth of responsibilities. The team works with LAD Finance and Operations Management to manage year-over-year LAD Go-To-Market and Incentive Compensation Planning. The team is responsible to consolidate work efforts and data across LAD to issue sales compensation plans for over 2,100 LAD sales employees. The team also bridges planning activities with GBF Comp Operations, Global Incentive Compensation, Business Services, HR, and Global Compensation Administration to implement policies, processes, and systems. In this way, the team acts as a primary point of contact for LAD incentive compensation planning. Career Level - M2KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThis role will manage a team of (4) finance compensation analysts supporting and managing LAD incentive compensation systems, processes and data. Some of the team functions include compensation plan issuance, pool & executive reporting, pool bonus allocation facilitation, comp escalations research, quota modeling, performance analysis, ATR reconciliation, re-plans related to change in territories, re-plans related to country-specific focal increases, and use/management of compensation systems (CPT, AQT, Gatekeeper, PAART, Bonus Tool, SCPa, This role also manages written and verbal communications to LAD in collaboration with GBF Compensation and LAD Global Business Finance. This role will report into the GBF Compensation Senior Director. To be considered for the position, applicants must have significant demonstrable compensation and/or finance experience. The role requires a high degree of coordination with counterparts in LAD Business Operations, Global Compensation Administration, Global Incentive Compensation, HR and Finance. Candidates should be analytical, collaborative and articulate. Tasks include reviewing/analyzing methodologies to align systems and processes with company strategic goals, advising on plan structures and exceptions to Oracle standard plan structures, setting global compensation guidelines, and creating systems and spreadsheets to globalize compensation planning and tracking. This role serves as a bridge between GBF and GIC systems developers and compensation analysts. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Drive timely and accurate incentive comp planning execution for each GIU sales employee Manage compensation planning data including product eligibility mapping, sales crediting multipliers, banded rate tables, strategic account data, and sales performance analytics Work with GBF Comp community and development team to identify, drive systems/tool initiatives related to analytics and reporting Communicate effectively and comfortably with all levels of management to provide project status updates Partner with colleagues to implement standard processes, tools, dashboards and metrics to drive the success of initiatives Identify gaps and provide solutions that drive efficiencies and process improvements Identify and prioritize tasks – role will manage multiple projects that require time management and priority management to deliver on tight timelines Respond to requests from senior management and determine the most appropriate ways to execute, communicate and/or manage initiatives and follow-up activity Oversee and/or manage other project team members Accountable for actions.
