Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, the Paid Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for managing the Paid Digital Media operation, from strategy to execution, delivering business objectives aligned with the best possible return on investment. He/She will work closely with commercial teams to ensure that marketing activities and sales goals are aligned.

🚀 How your next challenge looks like:



  • Define the appropriate paid digital channels, as well as the appropriate mix and balance of efforts between them.
  • Develop appropriate buying tactics for each channel (formats, targeting and targeting methods, payment model, auction type, etc.), with a focus on ROAS optimization.
  • Design and implement A/B tests as needed to improve performance.
  • Coordinate the production of digital advertising assets necessary for the operation of Paid Digital Media.
  • Ensure that technical features linked to the success of Paid Digital Media are implemented, e.g., tracking, landing pages/forms, Analytics integration, etc.
  • Document processes and data flows related to Paid Digital Media.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Automation and Orchestration Lead to enable Paid Digital Media in automated journeys and with the SEO lead to define efforts around search engines.
  • Manage the agencies related to Paid Digital Media activities.
  • Regularly monitor KPIs, and track and report performance, ensuring to achieve business objectives.
  • Research and monitor competitor activity and performance, as well as stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, channels, and technologies.




🌟 You’re a match if you are/have:



  • University degree in Marketing, Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
  • A fluent English level (mandatory)
  • Solid experience of 3 to 5 years in Paid Digital Media management, in awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns, in B2B industries/companies.
  • Solid experience in paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Bing, and programmatic media. Criteo and TikTok will be differentials.
  • Experience in managing marketing agencies with a focus on Paid Digital Media.
  • Knowledge of SEO, inbound, marketing automation, and orchestration.
  • Basic technical knowledge for technical discussions related to landing pages (architecture, code, loading speed...).
  • Operational knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.


Desirable requirements:


  • Experience in project management from conception to completion; Ability to articulate complex workflows with interdependencies (desirable)
  • Certifications in Paid Digital Media vehicles (desirable)
  • Intermediate knowledge of SEMRush, GTMetrix (desirable)
  • Good understanding of LGPD and compliant practices (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
