SF Platform Operator (Campinas)We are looking for a Salesforce Platform Operator who will report to the Global CRM Team Lead to ensure the best in class execution of Lead Acquisition and Lead Management. You will significantly contribute to the organization's growth and utilize your expertise to maximize digital opportunities. Part of your role will be to create, test and monitor different CRM functionalities and ensure rigorous quality of processes. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :- Create,Test, Update forms & Content : Leverage the capabilities of different systems to enhance forms management and increase acquisition through social, events and BRP websites.- Perform End-to-End User Acceptance Testing : Execute exhaustive tests throughout an agile methodology to deliver new digital product deliverables.- Monitor leads: Analyze and track leads quality to improve nurturing possibilities and ensure lead assignation rules work adequately to maximise sales opportunities.- Collaborate within the Team : Work with specialists, strategists, and POs, ensuring that lead acquisition initiatives are coherent and effectively synchronized with consumer retention strategies- Stay Well-informed with Salesforce Updates : Regularly update knowledge on the latest features, functionalities, and best practices related to Salesforce and other consumer acquisition technologiesYOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:- Salescloud knowledge : Hands-on experience with or a strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities.- Details oriented: Commitment to ensuring forms and lead processes are working accurately and consistently.- Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to investigate and analyze bugs or issues and recommend appropriate solutions.- Attention to Detail: Commitment to ensuring campaigns and customer journey touchpoints are accurate, consistent, and optimized for the best possible user experience.- Adaptability : Curious and always looking for new technologies, you are able to learn quickly- Team Collaboration : Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working harmoniously with multiple teams, especially with the Digital Product Owners and devs.Do you have other qualifications?
