We are currently seeking a Sales Admin to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Admin, you will be crucial in supporting our sales team and helping us change the world one automated workflow at a time. This client-facing role will require fluent speaking and writing in English.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and organizing the sales pipeline;
  • Prepare and submit sales orders and contracts;
  • Generate sales reports and analyze sales data;
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments;
  • Coordinate and track sales meetings and customer appointments;
  • Communicate with customers to address any sales inquiries or issues;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of sales materials.


Requirements and skills

  • This is a client-facing role, and English speaking and writing is required. The entire interview process will be conducted in English;
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred;
  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Great attention to detail, organizational skills, and an analytical mind.
