Social Media Manager(Three-month contract)

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the Infinixers.brasil community projects on Instagram and TikTok. This role involves leading the strategy, implementation, follow-up, reporting, and continuous improvement action plan, aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) provided by HQ and the local creative hub and marketing management level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage the Infinixers.brasil community on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content, including posts, stories, and videos, to drive community engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions within the community.
  • Collaborate with the creative hub and marketing management to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage influencer marketing (KOLs) relationships and partnerships to amplify brand reach and engagement within the community.
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media platforms and opportunities for expansion.
  • Lead community initiatives, events, and campaigns both online and offline to foster deeper connections and loyalty among community members.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (+4 years) in social media management, preferably in a community-focused role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social media strategies to drive engagement and brand growth.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms to track performance and optimize strategies.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in content creation and multimedia editing tools is a plus.

Temporary contract of 3 months for project development, according to results HQ and local mkt team will decide to keep or not this position for more time.
