Business Intelligence Developer

Responsibilities & skills:? ? Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs? ? Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Preset and Tableau? ? Optimize data models and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and efficiency? ? Conduct thorough testing and validation of BI solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability of data? ? Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users? ? Stay current with industry trends and best practices in BI and data visualization? ? Participate in team meetings, project planning, and knowledge-sharing activities? ? Leverage UI/UX knowledge to increase customer adoption and ease of use? ? Collaborate with our data science, engineering, and sales teams? ? Adopt a self-starter mentality, and inspire other team members to do the same Experience :? ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field? ? Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst, with a focus on data visualization? ? Strong proficiency in Preset and Tableau, including dashboard design and development? ? Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)? ? Familiarity with ETL tools and processes? ? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills? ? Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work? ? Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment? ? Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.? ? Working with retail or consumer data or alternative data sources? ? Driving actionable insights from alternative data sourcesTechnical skills:? ? Experience with other BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or Looker? ? Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies? ? Familiarity with data mining and machine learning techniques? ?
