The journey starts here, with you at SITA. ** ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: As a Commercial Analyst, you will be a part of the AME Business Management Team dedicated to the Communications and Data Exchange portfolio. You will be collaborating with different stakeholders for financial modelling of complex, tailored, standard renewal and new business deals, including items that will impact commercial terms & conditions, price structure, capex, cash flow and customer contract negotiations where required. Ensures financial profitability compliance to financial and business objectives while supporting business growth.You will also be responsible for cost management activities. This may include analyzing product costs, evaluating potential cost savings, and implementing pricing strategies that result in targeted margins and improved profitability, responsible for telecom managed service deals and/ or other business opportunities across the entire Americas region. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Collaborate with senior management and sales develops a deal specific strategy for complex, tailored, standard renewal and new business deals, including coordination of the different departments involved (Engineering, Product Management, among other support functions)- Assist building comprehensive business cases, including pricing models to gain management support ensuring SITA's profitability at all times.- Acts as a primary source for commercial expertise through an extensive understanding of SITA's existing customers, contracts, products, markets, and competitors.- Develop cash flow analysis for new business opportunities.- Review and ensure all cost and pricing decisions are documented and controlled.- As part of a team, identify, quantify, assess, and report risks associated with a bid.- Contributes to bid approval process through regular reviews of price variance charts and metrics.- Contribute to an improvement of the offer competitiveness.- Review the overall response to customer, assessing the risk to delivering a successful bid project.- Developing pricing strategies based on customer behavior, product features, and financial models.- Help to optimize pricing models to drive revenue and margin growth.Qualifications: EXPERIENCE: - Graduated in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.- Proven experience of at least 1 year as a Pricing Analyst or relevant experience in telecom industry.- Ability with Microsoft Office and proof knowledge in Excel tool.- Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.- Good communication skills transversally across different departments.- Knowledge of how to evaluate costs to develop pricing strategies.- Understanding the impact of pricing on profit margins.- Understanding of contract negotiations and bids as well as proposal development.- Good organizational skills and meeting deadlines is a must.
