About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Rio de Janeiro. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site, contributing to our strategic initiatives and helping us drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing business cases, conducting thorough market research, and performing detailed financial analyses.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Developing Business Cases:
  • Utilize a structured approach to create business cases that align with strategic objectives and demonstrate clear value to the organization.


  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to understand business problems and opportunities.


  • Market and Competitor Analysis:
  • Perform comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions and strategies.


  • Financial Assessments:
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI calculations to support financial decision-making.


  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Develop executive summaries, problem statements, and detailed financial analyses to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.


  • Data-Driven Approach:
  • Employ a data-driven approach to analyze existing systems, using case studies, pilot tests, and industry benchmarks to support your analyses.


  • Workshops and Presentations:
  • Organize and lead workshops and presentations to demonstrate capabilities and solutions to stakeholders.


  • Influence and Buy-In:
  • Identify key influencers within the organization, address their concerns, and align solutions with their goals to secure buy-in.


  • Strategic Communication:
  • Maintain transparent communication, providing detailed cost-benefit analyses, demonstrating quick wins, and building coalitions of support.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing business cases with a structured approach.
  • Strong understanding of strategic objectives and ability to demonstrate clear value.
  • Proficiency in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.
  • Extensive experience in market research, competitor analysis, and financial assessments.
  • Expertise in cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations.
  • Ability to create executive summaries, problem statements, and financial analyses.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a data-driven approach, including case studies, pilot tests, and industry benchmarks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
  • Fluency in English is required.
