About the team/role

Are you a sales professional with a keen understanding of advertising and a passion for innovation? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as Client Partner! In this pivotal role, you'll work with the commercialization of our Owned Channels Advertising solutions, driving revenue growth by selling to a diverse range of clients, from key accounts and SMBs to strategic partners. You'll be a sales engine, generating high-quality leads, and ensuring the success of our clients and partners through expert guidance and support. In this role you will be...

• Executing a comprehensive sales strategy for Owned Channels (on and offline) Advertising solutions, driving new business acquisition and maximizing revenue.

• Identifying and qualifying potential clients in the advertising landscape.

• Building and nurturing relationships with clients and partners, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to drive mutual success.

• Collaborating with the development and execution of a scalable sales process, encompassing lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and negotiation.

• Conducting captivating product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our advertising solutions.

• Managing a portfolio of clients and partners, providing ongoing support, consultation, and training to ensure optimal utilization of our solutions.

• Analyzing sales data and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and refining sales strategies for continuous optimization.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, legal, compliance, technical teams to execute a seamless and effective sales experience for clients and partners.


We are eager to be in touch with you because you have...

• 5+ years of proven success in sales, ideally within the advertising, media, software or adtech industries.

• Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners at all levels.

• Deep understanding of online and offline advertising channels, campaign management, and the broader advertising ecosystem.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and overcome sales challenges.

• Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required
