Responsibilities Coordinate and count the recruitment needs of various departments according to the existing establishment and business development needs, and prepare the annual personnel recruitment plan; Establish and improve the company's recruitment process and recruitment system; Responsible for the company's internal recruitment, publishing recruitment advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews and issuing offers; Implement planning, development, maintenance and expansion of recruitment channels to ensure the sufficient quantity and quality of talents required for the company's business development; Participate in the organization and execution of various talent markets and on-site recruitment activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, experience working in large Chinese multinational companies preferred;3 years or more of experience in human resources recruitment in the manufacturing industry; Fluent in English and Portuguese, Mandarin is a plus; Cross-cultural communication skills, organizational and coordination skills; Familiar with Brazilian regional laws and regulations, and have living and working experience in Brazil.
