If you are passionate about control engineering and believe that you have what it takes to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.What you'll bringMSc or PhD in control system engineering or embedded systems.3 years' experience with R&D in electrical drives.2 years' general experience with subsea control systems.Experience with industrial network design & setup (Profinet/OPCUA/Modbus).Beneficial knowledgeDesign and troubleshooting of complex hardware using schematics and test equipment.International standards for subsea controls system design and testing.Sinamics Perfect Harmony drive, oil filled electronics, sensors and instrumentation, electrical actuators.PCS7/TIA, RTOS and control/monitoring GUI's (LabView/Python etc).Do you identify with all the above, or maybe just a few items? This includes programming, testing, troubleshooting, design of equipment / systems, writing technical specifications and writing test procedures.We are looking for a hands-on person, with a proactive attitude to take responsibility in the R&D projects. The position is interacting with international teams with different cultures. We expect you to be an excellent communicator and collaborator with a proactive attitude. The working language is English.
