D&I Technical Sales Analyst

The Position:

The position will be one important member of the Brazilian technical team, which takes care of company’s PV offer in Brazil.


Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients on a regular basis to understand requirements, both technically and commercially
  • Support sales team: Collect market information, including but not limited to, emerging market data, industry trend, product standard and competitor’s information to assist in marketing strategies
  • Promote the differences and benefits of Sungrow products and brand
  • Prospect new customers, through both technical and commercial visits, market research, business intelligence platform and participation in solar market events
  • Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support
  • Monitor installation performance indicators to ensure the achievement of goals
  • Offer technical support to all Sungrow customers – distributors, installers, EPCs
  • To be a trusted pre-sales technical advisor, providing technical support and on application and solutions to customers
  • Keep up to date regarding the Brazilian solar market (e.g. business and political developments, competitors, regional legislations, etc.)
  • Conduct product training, seminars, presentation to customers and/or other stakeholders on Sungrow products and solutions
  • Function Specific Knowledge:

    • Minimum 1 year experience in PV or related areas
    • Technical knowledge of electrical and/or electronics
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written


    Education and Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in electrical engineering or a comparable higher education qualification
    • Basic English
    • Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, power Point and Outlook)

    Work Location and Status:

    • Full time job (CLT);
    • Work in Central-West regions of Brazil (Goiás preferably)
    • Availability to travel frequently (driver license required)
