About the Role:
We're seeking a Director of Product to spearhead our product vision, leading cross-product teams while ensuring adherence to all product management processes and establishing relevant OKRs & KPIs for measuring success.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate product strategy and drive the resulting product roadmap, anchored by key metrics.
- Lead cross-functional product teams, ensuring alignment with product management processes.
- Evaluate competitive challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
- Define, analyze, and report metrics to gauge product success, identifying both problem areas and opportunities.
- Mentor and coach product managers.
You Must Have:
- Over 10 years of experience in product management and leadership roles.
- Previous experience in people management, with a fervor for nurturing and developing product teams.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of devising appropriate KPIs for measuring success.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data and metrics to support assumptions and develop compelling business cases.
- Comfortable with software systems and tools, with technical acumen.
- Adaptability to manage multiple priorities and pivot as needed.
- Sound decision-making skills.
