What you'll do: As a Labour Efficiency Specialist, you will coordinate and integrate the efficiency projects within Latin America, in collaboration with the Global Labour Efficiency Team. If you have great organizational and analytical skills, can easily communicate and collaborate with others, and are always up to date with the latest technologies and trends, this is your chance! In detail, you will: Implement and contribute to implementation of efficient labor resources management following the company's continuous improvement methodology; Implement Standard Time definition for different processes and products following standard methodologies; Verify correct definition of Routings vs Line Balance and organization of Direct and Indirect Labor; Establish yearly Direct Labor Efficiency improvement plans according to labor map methodology, elaborating and implementing indicators and team-level management in each LA plant; Develop and drive collaboration community for Labor Efficiency across the Business Area; Run and coordinate trainings for Methods-Time Engineers concerning Electrolux standards; Drive time measurement methodology and safe and ergonomic workplace design across the region, acting as a reference point for global teams as well as taking charge of implementation at the LATAM Food Preservation Product Lines. As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W). Who you are: You have: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials) or equivalent (Master's is a plus); - EMS Green Gear/Green Win; - Solid experience within the Manufacturing Engineering area with strong knowledge of Methods-Time Measurement production concepts; - Solid experience with project management, working with multifunctional teams; - Experience with multicultural teams; - Knowledge of production organization and daily production routines; - Knowledge of product and process documentation and data management; - Advanced English. Where you'll be: You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba. It will be necessary to be available for frequent travel.
