We are looking for Audio Visual Engineer @ Curitiba/PR - Corporate Evolution Building/SEC Building (Onsite) who wants to learn and transform his career.
Roles & Responsibilitie s
- Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot audiovisual systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure successful project completion.
- Conduct site surveys and create technical drawings for AV installations.
- Perform appearance and preventive maintenance visits to conference rooms (VC connections, wires, peripherals, speakers)
- Zoom room installation and commissioning.
- Zoom webinar support.
- Troubleshooting of Zoom desktop client and Zoom room related issues.
- Basic knowledge of Lan network
- Hands-on experience in setting up Zoom meeting and extend demand based onsite support for VIP meetings.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to guide placement of speakers, transducers, and other in exhibition sound hardware to support creative intent.
Soft Skills
- Clear and strong customer focus and relationship
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to perform in adverse situations.
- Proficiency in English is must with Local Language
- Good analytical and coordination skills are essential.
- Strong work ethic, combined with the ability to work independently
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge and Proficiency in audiovisual control system
- Good knowledge of Win 10, Win 11 & MS Office
- Knowledge of Mac OS is preferred.
- Understanding of daily operations and delivery processes
- Knowledge / exposure on ticketing tools (Service Now)
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills
- Experience with audio-visual conference room/presentation equipment.
- Experience with live event set up, staging and production.
- Knowledge of Polycom and Cisco telepresence system is an additional benefit.
- Experience in installation and configuration of Evoko panels, Logitech tap IP, meeting room controller, DTEN etc.
