We are looking for a Stock Room Manager who wants to learn and transform his career.


In this role you will: As a stock manager, your primary responsibility would be to manage the stock levels of the IT warehouse. The person will be responsible for receiving the assets, secure storage, movement of assets, the building, updating and configuration, the deployment methods and disposable and certification of the used asset. He must process all the administrative work that comes with supporting the assets including but not limited to ticket management, asset management, asset collection and disposition management (including sanitization). Managing stock levels, receiving stock, adding to, and updating HAM as needed, following Stockroom/Workroom Global guidelines, collecting assets, sanitation of returned assets, recertification of excess assets, and the disposition of end-of-life assets. Perform auditing of stockrooms and asset investigation as required. Utilizing the ticketing systems SNOW in an efficient and productive manner. Monitoring, assigning, noting, and resolving tickets within SLA. Perform all administrative duties as required. Performing physical inventory counts periodically to ensure the data records match the actual inventory levels. Collecting and analyzing historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products. Recovery of assets – Collection of assets through Exit process, LCM, Break/Fix and surrender of asset. Determining the safety stock levels to reduce the risk of stock outs during unusual periods of supply and demand. Coordination with sales, logistics and production to streamline the inventory management process. Publishing support documentation to assist staff with requests for information & provide staff training if required.


Ideal if you have:

  • Previous Desktop, Mobility Support and inventory management experience is required.
  • Incident Management experience – Managing incidents including business expectations and communication.
  • Strong knowledge of Industry leading Inventory management tools and security technology, including local security, network security, application security a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows 10, MAC and newer operating system required.
  • Strong customer service, analytical, and problem resolution skills required.
  • ITSM ServiceNow knowledge is must.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Enterprise Software’s and Networking.
  • An ITIL V3 Foundation qualification is preferable but not essential.
  • MCP (Operating System) certification will be desirable.
  • English Advanced.
