We are looking for an entry-level Operations Assistant who is proactive, committed and methodical to join our operations team, where you will carry out tasks such as support with the samples inventory, manage documentation related to logistics, and oversee the delivery of samples to labs after preparation, providing crucial support to our operations team. You will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to various tasks throughout the company. If you are passionate about compliance and pay attention to details, this role is for you! 


You'll have the opportunity to gain valuable skills through these key roles:


Samples Inventory Management:

Maintain and organize the samples inventory.

Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of all sample movements.


Sample Delivery Coordination:

Coordinate the delivery of prepared samples to designated laboratories.

Maintain detailed records of sample deliveries and lab acknowledgments.


Logistics Documentation:

Prepare and manage documentation related to the logistics of sample shipments.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.


Document Creation and Validation:

Assist in creating and validating documents related to operations and logistics.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation processes.


Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively in a team, leading and being led by other members.

Provide support in various areas of the company, including administrative tasks.


Adaptive Role:

Fulfill additional responsibilities based on changing business needs, showing flexibility and willingness to contribute to various tasks.


Requirements:

Degree in a relevant field.

Experience with Conformity Assessment procedures.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in database management and CRM platforms.

Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team.

Strong communication and presentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with inventory management and logistics.

Previous experience in an operational or administrative support role.

Proficiency in English is a plus but not required.
