Paid Media Specialist

CreditDonkey is looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging paid media channels to drive business growth and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).


This role is entirely remote. You must be able to work autonomously and manage your own time.


You do not have to know everything, but you do have to have working knowledge of at least 2 different paid media channels (e.g.: Google Ads and Meta Ads) and a strong desire to learn.


Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and manage search advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads .
  • Develop and execute display advertising strategies using Google Ads or DV360 .
  • Utilize native advertising platforms such as Outbrain , Taboola , and RevContent to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Engage users and drive conversions through Advertising on User Generated Content (UGC) platforms, including Quora and Reddit .
  • Create compelling ad campaigns on video platforms such as YouTube and TikTok to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance to exceed KPIs and improve ROAS.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing and campaign optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of marketing spend.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, web developers, and other marketing team members to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns across at least 2 different paid media channels such as search, social, display, native, UGC, or video.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for data analytics, with a track record of using data to drive campaign decisions and improvements.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Outbrain, Taboola, TikTok Ads).
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven approach to marketing challenges.
