Mission:

Fime is looking for a well-rounded HR Generalist for its Sao Paolo office. The person will be responsible for all HR matter along the employee lifecycle: recruitment, reward & benefits, labour relations, learning & development, attendance at work, compensation, international mobility and payroll.


ACTIVITIES


  • will act as advisor for managers, directors and executive officers in the interpretation of human resources legislation, policies and programs;
  • will have to manage the complete recruitment cycle: create job postings, conduct interviews, and do pre-employment checks;
  • will be responsible for drafting employment contracts and ensuring the onboarding and integration of new resources;
  • will be responsible for the training file: prepare an annual training budgets, and coordinate training activities;
  • will manage group insurances (renewal of the insurance policy and processing of claims);
  • will manage any benefits applicable;
  • will update employee files;
  • will prepare salary increases according to the annual budget;
  • will maintain pay equity;
  • will manage disability files;
  • will follow up on annual evaluations and performance management;
  • will assist managers during disciplinary measures;
  • other related tasks.


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE


  • a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources;
  • at least 7 to 9 years of experience as an HR generalist;
  • knowledge of Brazilian labor law and unionized companies in Brazil;
  • in payroll processing (knowledge about Deel is a plus);
  • in employee benefits management (group insurance, pension plan, vouchers cards, );
  • in international mobility/work permit management;
