📍 Location: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
⏰ Work regime: Hybrid (3x office 2x home office)

As a Sales Support Specialist at M&O in Rio de Janeiro, you will:
🔷 Execution of administrative routines of Sales Dept.
🔷 Support to Sales Team on developing and executing sales strategies: Drive business growth by creating and implementing effective sales strategies specific to the maritime and offshore industry in the region.
🔷 Support on cultivating client relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with key clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction across several of our solution categories.
🔷 Support on Market Intelligence: Map and create opportunities for partners, attending end customer’s needs.
🔷 Support on direct sales and quotations.
🔷 Register, follow up and management of sales opportunities in Purchasing Portals (Petronect, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Shipserv and others).
🔷 Follow up of sales opportunities: from RFQ to final scope delivery and PO closure.
🔷 International logistics management, door-to-door operations, Import and Export.
🔷 Coordination with Freight Forwarder of all logistics processes.
🔷 After Sales support to grant Partner and end customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
🎯 Graduation in Administration, Internation Relations or related areas
🎯 English Fluency
🎯Good Microsoft Office, power point and system tools skills
🎯 Excellent communication, commercial, negotiation skills and teamwork abilities
🎯 Experience in international logistics, import/export
🎯 Experience in the Maritime and Offshore industry
🎯 Located in Rio de Janeiro or willing to relocate
