Mission

• Provide support in ARIBA and SAP MM systems working on improvement projects and new solutions that meet business demands and requirements.

Job Descriptions

• Provide system and process support for Source to Pay and Procurement for business and stakeholders.
• Analyze design and provide system solutions that optimize the process and are sustainable. Analyse user requirements and transform into IT solutions according to best practices.
• Involve in improvement and/or implementation projects aligned with the business strategy.
• Incident Management - Review information, incidents, problem and analyse collected and escalated by the business area. Support and resolve level 1 and 2 incidents/problems related to systems and processes with root cause analysis, problem solving and clarification of doubts about systems and processes.
• Change Request Management - Evaluate systems Change Requests (CR) for improvements and corrections. Coordinate and collaborate with the Technical Development team for the development of approved CR enhancements and system fixes. Ensure systems integrity, new business practices, processes and improvements are understood by the Systems Management team.
• Handle and deliver incident tickets and requests for change (CR) within defined SLA and KPI. Assist and support the Project Manager/Team Leaders in planning, coordinating and ensuring timely delivery and quality of improvements.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation, test cases and scenarios, and end-user manuals.
• Provide training to users to ensure that the system and process design is performed correctly according to defined business rules.
• Collaborate with project manager/team lead in delivering projects and change requests on quality, time and budget.
• Timely report progress to the Project Manager/Team Leader

Requirements

• The candidate must have a Bachelor's/ IT/Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP MM/ Ariba work experience.
• Necessary knowledge in SAP Ariba, Sourcing, Procurement, supplier management processes and supplier portals.
• Desirable knowledge in other e-procurement, supplier management and sourcing applications, example: Coupa or Jaggaer.
• It is desirable that the candidate has participated in at least 1 or 2 SAP Ariba implementation projects, acting directly in the following activities: configurations, preparation of functional documents, functional tests, training for users and support in pre- and post-go live activities.
• Desirable basic knowledge in one or more SAP ECC modules (MM, SD, PP, QM)
• Fluent English
• Able to work in person at Campinas onsite
• Availability for business trips.
