Senior Data Network Engineer

We are looking for a Data Network Engineer Roles and responsibilities Monitor network infrastructure using network monitoring tools Perform the duties of a Network Engineers part of Managed services Follow ITIL practices as part of managed service delivery Resolve incidents related to Cisco network/Wireless infrastructure and/or Palo Alto SDWAN/Firewall Coordinate with End users, IT users as part network troubleshooting. Coordinate with external vendors for TAC and trouble tickets.
