To support our development, we are currently looking for a:


TALENT ACQUISITION LEADER


YOUR MISSION:

This role is responsible of executing the full lifecycle recruiting model for open positions acting like a Hub, aligned with local requirements and based on the established quality standards, procedures and company values that enable the acquisition of talent required to meet strategic objectives across the business and making a globally competitive organization.


YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:


  • Develop and maintain an effective Talent Attraction Plan by leading the delivery, execution, and assessment of recruitment initiatives.
  • Proactively source and attract candidates via direct channels including job boards, social media, job fairs, employee referrals, etc.
  • Qualify candidates based on talent standards, ensuring an effective selection process.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience, maintaining constant and clear communication, respecting their time and effort invested in the process.
  • Improve the customer experience by increasing quality of hire, decreasing time to fill, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Be an advisor to the leaders, helping them to make the best decision, avoiding bias and being as objective as possible.
  • Coach, motivate and develop team members.
  • Connect closely with HRBPs and internal clients, maintaining an effective communication of recruitment cycle to fulfill with the area indicators.
  • Implement Success Factors recruiting module and ensure the accuracy & integrity of the vacancy status.
  • Desing and implement improvement projects.


THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience HR/Recruiting.
  • At least 2 years as a people leader.
  • Experience working in a Talent Acquisition hub, or know the business dynamic.
  • Proficient in Portuguese, English and Spanish , spoken and written.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Previous experience with SAP / SuccessFactors HR information System.
  • This position will be based in Brazil () preferably, or in Mexico.
