Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and count the recruitment needs of various departments according to the existing establishment and business development needs, and prepare the annual personnel recruitment plan;
  • Establish and improve the company's recruitment process and recruitment system;
  • Responsible for the company's internal recruitment, publishing recruitment advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews and issuing offers;
  • Implement planning, development, maintenance and expansion of recruitment channels to ensure the sufficient quantity and quality of talents required for the company's business development;
  • Participate in the organization and execution of various talent markets and on-site recruitment activities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, experience working in large Chinese multinational companies preferred;
  • 3 years or more of experience in human resources recruitment in the manufacturing industry;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, Mandarin is a plus;
  • Cross-cultural communication skills, organizational and coordination skills;
  • Familiar with Brazilian regional laws and regulations, and have living and working experience in Brazil.
