Staff Project Manager, Ev & Navigation

Your MissionThe Global Analytics & Data Products Team is building a best-in-class analytics team in support of Stellantis' new Software Group and adding a talented Program Manager. As a member of the Team your mission is to work alongside our product and software developer partners to identify opportunities to put science into decision making for our EV & Navigation Products.Responsibilities include:lead the coordination of analytical use cases in support of software, engineering and customer experiencethe analytics lead within the cross-functional teams tasked with the agile management of product and serviceEstablish a process to identify, track, deliver, and communicate analytics team projects and partner tasksEscalate project risks with cost/ benefit assessments and recommendations in a timely mannerBuilding trust with the software, product and engineering teams to act as a conduit of knowledgeensure analytical research and analysis is cataloged in a timely manner for all teams to accessdeliver presentations on analytical topics and results to both technical and non-technical audiencesdrive a single point of view of project status across senior leadership and managers in analytics and softwareBuild trusted relationships with the software, hardware and product teams acting as a conduit of knowledgeTop Performers will be able to demonstrateactively build relationships with partner teams to increase your sphere of influencebe sought after as an expert and thought leader, delivering spontaneous successes for the teamgrow with the team by seeking feedback and offering appropriate and timely feedback from othersinnovate to uncover new opportunities to serve our customers and the businessproven experience in executing projects and finding the best questions to drive the best resultsSkillsSolid skills technical project management experience within technology, software, digital or gaming industriesExperience in Kanban, SCRUM and or tradition waterfall methodologiesJIRA and Confluence or other project management tracking tool experiencePMP is a plusPrior experience working with big data environment and cloud services, is a plusExperience within the automotive industry is a plusYour PlatformA truly global company, we have headquarters in Amsterdam, Paris, Turin, and Auburn Hills.
