What you'll be responsible for:


· Receiving and checking invoices for payment of suppliers managed by the department.

· Request purchase order for payment from suppliers, monitoring and ensuring payment within the stipulated deadlines, following the internal processes for payment with the financial, observing payment deadlines and due dates for invoices.

· Responsible for ensuring payment of suppliers on time, carrying out FUP's and following the company's processes.

· Control payments, manage and validate supporting documents

· Assist in the preparation of documents, reports and presentations.

· Assist with other internal routines as needed.

· Book Travel - Make reservations for airline tickets, hotels, car rentals and other travel needs transport.

· Assist the traveler - provide support and assistance to travelers during the trip, such as in case of delays, cancellation or other eventualities.

· Request and control travel advances with the finance department.

· Checking and closing expense reports, in accordance with travel policy.

· Assist with all projects as needed.

· Control and execute intercompany billing processes

· Validation of service costs · Organization, validation and recording of hours.

· Support the commercial area with information to enable billing for services.

· Control and execution of processes that involve allowing employees to enter the plants customers.


What You Need to Be Successful: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field

Advanced English is desirable
