We are looking for Communication Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career.



In this role you will:

  • Use your knowledge of designing processes, analyzing and proposing improvements to them. Knowledge and/or studies on how to carry out user education, create didactic documentation for end users and/or more detailed documentation for professionals in specific areas such as GBS, administrative, equipment requests, etc.
  • Support and lead Training sessions.
  • Create a calendar and records page on the Intranet, monitoring sessions,
  • Do reports of attendance and satisfaction survey, recording and generating reports on monthly KPIs (number of sessions, number of registrants, number of participants, CSAT – average and NPS)
  • Organization and administration of user communities
  • Defining a calendar of meetings, activities and sending invitations,
  • Intranet Maintenance (SharePoint);
  • Maintenance of the Viva Engage community (creation and publication of posts);
  • Preparation and sending of emails (using the YessPress or Outlook platform);
  • Preparation and monitoring of agendas for corporate channels (Corporate TV, Drops Siemens, etc.);
  • Translation and/or review of global/regional content (emails, manuals, etc.)
  • Preparation and publication of articles, manuals, videos, etc. with tips or “how to” on the main IT services and projects;
  • Support for local/regional/global projects – Change Management, Communication, coordination of end user groups, etc.



Much better if you have:

  • Advanced English for content translation and relationship with the team.
  • Good written and oral communication, be patient, proactive, engaged in helping client employees to be able to resolve IT & procedural problems that employees encounter within the corporation. Conduct individual and group training in in-person or online sessions (MS Teams) to teach procedures and/or new policies.
  • Knowledge of MSoffice for creating documentation, storing documentation, and retrieving it for end users.
