Job Summary:

KPIT is looking for a highly organized, motivated, and proactive candidate to help TAG team at KPIT Brazil. The candidate will report directly to Brazil TAG responsible, for this he or she must keep the activity and management calendar up to date, therefore, he or she needs to have excellent time management and organization skills, knowing how to prioritize activities and demands. The candidate must be comfortable with office operations, customer interface and the contact with several candidates. We are looking for a candidate who has interpersonal and communication skills to be able to carry out the mentioned activities and as we are a multinational with operations in different locations around the world, the use of English daily is a mandatory requirement.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational needs and objectives.
  • Manage phases of the recruitment process, including the talent sourcing, interviews, screenings, talent pipeline development and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with TAG team to understand the requirements for each position.
  • Focus on new and innovative techniques to ensure a positive candidate experience, for both hired and declined candidates to reinforce KPIT reputation.
  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Active participation on the company improvements.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English (Speaking, Writing and Reading). Global company with contact with the team abroad.
  • Graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar courses.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Good organization, time management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the office suite, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
